Our family knows that making a great wine takes more than just having a good winemaker: of fundamental importance are the land, the vineyard and the traditions handed down over time, which is why we dedicates so much attention to the vineyard and to maintaining the right equilibrium, following all the tending of the vines directly, from pruning through to the harvest.
With the aim of obtaining a production which is as eco-compatible as possible, the appropriate treatments are carried out in the vineyard using copper and sulphate-based products which have less environmental impact. In order to maintain the normal bacterial flora in the soil, only manures of organic origin are used, and weeds are kept under control by mechanical means, without the use of chemical weed-killers.
