This wine is made from an attentive selection of Barbera grapes grown on the oldest vineyards located in the west and south-west of the highest area of the prime Bricco Visette hillside site.

| Vinification: |
no selected yeasts are used. Crushing-destemming is followed by cryo-maceration for around 36 hours. A gradual increase then helps the development of the various strains of wild yeast which are naturally present on the grapes, exploiting their potential to the full. |

in the bottle for 6 months, at a controlled temperature of 15° C in the cellar.
